DIP Publishing House is interested in establishing long-term relationships with booksellers, distributors, wholesalers, and certain organizations. Place your order using the title and/or ISBN. Purchase orders may be faxed to (800) 257-3542, emailed to orderprocessing@dippub.com, or mailed to DIP Publishing House PO BOX 376, Marietta, GA. 30061. Telephone orders may be placed by dialing 1-877-430-7769.

Orders
- Minimum order of (5) copies per title to a single location.
Retail/Wholesale Discount
- DIP gladly adheres to the industry standard discount. Furthermore, to encourage increased business we remain flexible in negotiating the most favorable, and realistic, terms for your establishment.
Shipping
- Delivery Options for the United States
- UPS is our preferred shipping provider and will be used whenever possible.
- USPS Priority Mail will also be used when UPS is not available, such as PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and any other address UPS is unable to verify.
- Shipping rates are based upon the shipping provider's standard rates.
- We do reserve the right to ship small items low cost item via USPS First Class or Priority Mail when ordering small items along with custom products that will be dropped shipped by the manufacturer at a later date.
- International Orders
- For individual orders we use UPS and USPS Express.
- The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that don't allow us to insure shipments within their borders. All International orders are subject to an adjusted freight charge after shipment due to weight or method of shipping.

Return Policy
- All books are 100% returnable.
Claims
- All claims for damages and/or shortages must be made within (30) days of receipt of the order.
